In our Wexl Base bike rental shop we offer enduro bikes and e-mountainbikes from brands such as TREK and Santa Cruz to choose from. Kids are kitted out with bikes from the popular Austrian brand “woom”.

Here you will also find all the necessary tools, spare parts and equipment for the perfect day at the Wexl Trails. The terms of hire can be found here.

Important! Please be sure to book rental bikes ONLINE IN ADVANCE.

It cannot be guaranteed that bikes will be available for hire if visiting spontaneously!

Test a Trek Center

Finding the perfect bike is not easy. Therefore it is important to test and compare several models before finally buying your new dream bike. On our trails you have perfect conditions to test and try out new Trek models on all types of terrain. With Slash, Fuel EX, Fuel EXe and Rail - we have asuitable mountainbike for any purpose and will support you in case you have any questions or unsure, which one to pick.

Have you already made a choice?
Great! Trek dealers will help you out to get your bike as soon as possible. Small tip: keep your bike rental invoice! Some dealers my refund the rental charge if you buy a new Trek bike.

How can you test a Trek in the Wexl Base?
Trek bikes can simply be rented out by booking it in our rental tool.

Terms & Conditions

PICK-UP & RETURN

You can pick up your bike from 9:00 a.m. at the Bike Rental upon presentation of a valid photo ID (E-Card not valid). Please return the bike no later than 5:45 p.m. Late returns will be charged an additional ½ day rental fee. All bikes must be returned washed.

The reservation applies to the selected bike model. It is not possible to use one reservation for multiple bikes. If you wish to ride two different bikes in one day, we recommend making a half-day reservation for each bike model.

E-BIKES

Our rental e-bikes may not be transported by lift. No spare battery is available, but bikes can be recharged at our rental station.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your reservation by replying to this email until 4:00 p.m. on the day before. If no cancellation is made within the deadline, the full rental price will be charged.

DAMAGES

Our rental bikes are not insured against damage or theft. If the bike is not returned in its original condition and damages to the bike or its components are identified by a staff member, an additional fee will be charged depending on the extent of damage (material costs + labor).

TRAIL TICKET

The use of the Wexl Trails mountain bike tracks is subject to a fee. The trail ticket is not included in the rental price. Trail tickets can be purchased on-site at the ticket kiosk or online.
