Baker service: From Tuesday to Saturday (excluding public holidays), the baker Nothnagel from Feistritz am Wechsel arrives at the entrance gate at 06:30 AM. Payment in cash.

Opening hours in autumn

Even if the bike lift is not operating

The Wexl Camp is open daily in autumn until November 15th.

If you in October or November outside of school holidays from Monday to Thursday, you will experience the quietest time of the year.

Even if the bike lift and the summer toboggan run are not in operation during this time, the Wexl Camp is the perfect starting point for a relaxing camping holiday with e-bike tours, hikes, and nature adventures.

Everything you need to know

Do I need to book my parking spot in advance?

Yes. The parking spots must be booked online in advance. Unfortunately, spontaneous arrival without booking is not possible.
Is it possible to park with a car and tent on a Basic or Premium Spot?

Yes! If all campsites are occupied, you can of course also choose a Basic or Premium camping spot and pitch a tent there by your vehicle.
I am coming with a camper and tent, what do I need to book?

If camper and tent can fit together on the parking spot, booking a single spot is sufficient. Recommendation: XL parking spot.
In this case, simply book for the camper, specify the number of people, and set up the tent on the parking spot (next to the car).
Is there a reception?

There is no reception in the traditional sense. Booking, check-in, and check-out are done electronically via license plate recognition. You can reach us at camping@wexlarena.at
From what time can I arrive?

Check-in runs from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
I want to extend my stay. Is that possible?

As long as your parking spot remains free, you can book additional days through the booking tool. If your spot is occupied, unfortunately, you must move to another available spot.
By what time must I leave my parking spot on the day of departure?

Check-out is until 11:00 am
I want to go biking on the day of departure. Is that possible?

Sure! However, you must leave the campsite by 11:00 am and park normally in one of our regular parking spaces.
I need power during my stay. What should I do?

If you need a power connection during your stay, please book a parking spot with the appropriate power symbol. Your charging station will be automatically activated through the check-in, and you can easily plug in.
What is the cost of power?

For parking spots with a power connection, a consumption of 8kw/day is included in the price. If consumption exceeds this, we charge 80 cents/kw.
What plug do I need?

3-pin CEE plug. If you don't have a plug, adapter cables are available with us at the Wexl Base.
I want to go camping. Where can I park my car?

A car parking space is included with each tent spot. You can find the location of the parking space on the campsite plan. Important: Provide the car's license plate when booking. This is the only way to get through the barrier.
Parking after checkout?

If you want to go biking after your check-out at 11:00 AM, you will find a spacious parking area down by the base lift or alternatively further up at our summer toboggan run.
Overnight stays in the parking lot are not permitted!
We ask for your understanding that we can no longer permit overnight stays in our parking areas. Non-compliance may result in warnings/legal action.
Where can you get bike accessories, shower gel, tampons, travel toothbrush, or alcoholic beverages?
